This is my 3rd year of hosting a cupcake drive for RSPCAs Cup Cake Day. It is no secret that any animal shelters desperately require ongoing funds to maintain their animals welfare and the centres themselves. I am thrilled to help again this year.
My young family has three fur babies. The oldest, Millie 13 years, was adopted from the RSPCA as a pup. Buddy, 9 years was bought from a Pet Shop at 18 weeks, he was the last puppy of the litter - as a Dalmation, he was far to big to be in the small confines he was kept in, naturally I wasn't leaving the store that day without him. Buddy would have been one of the last puppies sold in this state, thanks to the actions of organisations just like The RSPCA, Tasmanian Pet Shops are no longer aloud to sell cats or dogs from breeders - Our youngest, Rusty, was recently adopted from a wonderful local shelter in the North East.
We also have 3 other children of the 2 legged variety, they're pretty special too.
